The Query Builder in On Key enables users to select the specific data they want to see in their dashboards. This helps to minimise the number of items they can see, which can often be overwhelming. In the Work Order dashboard, for example, an artisan might want to only see the open Work Orders, while a foreman might want to see all the completed Work Orders. The end-to-end work process can be setup in this manner, ensuring only relevant information is displayed and no time is wasted on searching or getting side-tracked with irrelevant information.
