The report provides a detailed fact-based comparison of the 14 most prominent enterprise asset management (EAM) software providers in the market. Based on the proprietary Verdantix Green Quadrant methodology, this comprehensive analysis comprised live product demonstrations, pre-set scenarios, desk research, and vendor responses to a 151-point questionnaire covering nine technical, nine functional, and nine market momentum categories. Verdantix also interviewed 14 software users and reviewed the data from its global survey of 304 operational excellence decision-makers.

Strong asset information management capabilities
On Key’s powerful asset information management capabilities ‘scored 2.5/3.01’ for the second time, positioning it among the top three in this category. Its easy-to-use asset register, which can be toggled between a grid or tree view, its rich asset register search capabilities, and its straightforward cloning of assets within the asset tree view distinguish it from the rest of the pack. Assets can easily be moved between locations with drag and drop actions and On Key brags built-in geographic information system (GIS) capabilities, whereby entities can be defined as a point, line, polygon, or visualised on a map. Linear assets can also be captured.

A robust mobile application
‘Pragma scored 2.3/3.0 for mobile applications, 0.2 points higher than the average of 2.1/3.0. The mobile application for On Key is accessible as a progressive web app, on iOS or Android, and functions as normal offline.1’ On Key’s comprehensive work management functionality is extended to its applications, enabling users to create work orders, complete risk assessments, work permits or reliability workflows, and perform inspections. In addition, a separate Service Request application allows users to register new work requests, such as text descriptions of required work, location, photos and documents. The nifty Field Engineering application enables field engineers to conduct inspections, control quality, and track workflow.
Expertise across multiple sectors with North American and Southeast Asian expansion plans
