With over 30 years of service, Pragma’s On Key EAMS has been rated as a market leader in the Verdantix Green Quadrant: Enterprise Asset Management Software 2024 report, a prestigious recognition that underscores our commitment to excellence and innovation across the industry.
The report provides a detailed fact-based comparison of the 14 most prominent enterprise asset management (EAM) software providers in the market. Based on the proprietary Verdantix Green Quadrant methodology, this comprehensive analysis comprised live product demonstrations, pre-set scenarios, desk research, and vendor responses to a 151-point questionnaire covering nine technical, nine functional, and nine market momentum categories. Verdantix also interviewed 14 software users and reviewed the data from its global survey of 304 operational excellence decision-makers.
“Considering the criteria, On Key is outperforming expectations on the global stage. This achievement amplifies our product’s competitiveness and solidifies its outstanding performance in the international EAM market”, says Pragma CEO Scott Gibson.
Strong asset information management capabilities
“As industrial firms face pressure to upgrade legacy software platforms and digitize their maintenance activities for cost reduction and net zero goals, the need for fit-for-purpose, easy-to-deploy EAM solutions rises.
Pragma’s On Key EAM solution offers out-of-the-box connectors for seamless data integration, intuitive asset management with grid or tree views, drag-and-drop functionality, and built-in GIS for mapping assets. With tools for work orders, risk assessments, permits, and reliability workflows, On Key presents a modern, streamlined alternative to complex legacy systems—empowering organizations to drive efficiency and accelerate their digital transformation journey.”

Expertise across multiple sectors with North American and Southeast Asian expansion plans
Pragma’s success is not limited to a specific sector or region. We continue to build on our success in manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, public infrastructure and commercial facilities while expanding our clientele at original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), who use On Key to support after-sales operations. More than half of Pragma’s revenues are currently in Africa and the Middle East. However, there has been a steady increase in the number of clients in North America, specifically in Texas and Mexico. In Southeast Asia (SEA), On Key is implemented through a network of local partners, further solidifying our global presence.
“Since 2022, when On Key first appeared on the Green Quadrant, our team concluded the development of several milestones on the On Key development roadmap. These developments further enhanced On Key’s integration capabilities, enabling businesses to manage and measure KPIs from a single platform. This has also laid the foundation for developing the AI and generative AI capabilities that will be wrapped up soon.” says Janse van Rensburg.
